The entire moving crew showed up early and were exceptionally polite, extremely helpful, and 100% professional. I could not have perceived it going so smoothly and they made our move day very easy. They worked non-stop from the moment they arrived at the moment they pulled away, I was especially impressed with not only the respect they treated my family and our possessions with, but the amount of respect they treated each other with as co-workers. I used Safeway Movers after a friend referred them to us. I was bitten in the past by using another company with 0 references in the past and had suffered drivers that did not respect my time, and damaged numerous items with no recourse. Downsizing and retiring. This was our final move to our retirement home and we made the right choice by using Safeway Moving and their very courteous team of professionals. From the first introduction to the company when we met Brooke to the final minutes as we said goodbye at our new home to Mike and the crew, we had nothing but a great experience. We used Safeway Movers and were astonished at the service, having heard about ‘nightmares with movers’. While their quote was competitive, it was Brooke’s assistance, prior to even booking, that sealed the deal. She was helpful in advising us about pre-packing, and storage options. The move went great and came in almost exactly to the allotted time, even though we had a few ‘surprise garage items.’ The best part of it all was the guy in charge of the truck really made sure the guys took care of our furniture, and seemed to just know when a particular box was ‘special’. I think his name was Mike, and his care about our move took any concern away from us immediately. Thanks a lot Safeway!!!!!!!!

I realize this is rather late but I wanted to write and tell you how HAPPY I was with Safeway when they moved me. I had talked to you about needing a fast move and time was of essence, SAFEWAY came through 100%! The guys arrived on time, they introduced themselves and then talked to me about what exactly had to be done and then set to it. I was AMAZED at how efficient they were! They NEVER stopped and really worked hard. They moved the stuff into my new place and put stuff exactly where I wanted and again were so quick and yet careful with everything (I had a few pieces of family antique furniture that are very special to me) there was no damage to anything. Thanks to all for the fantastic job! I will recommend you guys to anyone. It took a full day and two large trucks in 30-degree weather and not a thing was broken. I realized just how much I had accumulated after 24 years, WOW. Norm, Eddie, Eric, and Ryan were polite, put the items where my wife wanted them and everyone was happy. Thanks guys.
